"Hotel was overall pretty clean. Could’ve used one last quick vacuuming prior to our check in. Kitchen was great and made it easy to save money on eating out. Fridge was nice and cold and freezer made it easy to keep treats frozen. Microwave made it easy to warm up instant rice. I also emailed the hotel 1 month prior to check in as I wanted to have packages delivered there to be held for when I arrive and they graciously allowed me to do so. "Nice apartment. My only comment is that I think there could be better furniture. The bedside table was a small flimsy bookshelf. It worked but a proper night stand would have been better. "

"like how close the property to the JR/subway line. Also, you will hear the train coming. but once the door/veranda doors are closed, its quiet. The space is a good size for a room in tokyo. 4 of us fit in the space quite comfortably! Also, the hosts are nice and approachable! will be back again!"

"Check in was a hassle coz there is no one to help. Self check in and took me half an hour to find my reservation. It kept saying I have no reservation. All communications are done through email. No actual person to ask if you have problems. When you call the number listed on the desk, it says the number is not in service."
