"We booked a medium range 4 star boutique hotel in old quarter and found the condition unacceptable. It was late for me and my family after 17 hour flight. We walked around and a local hotel receptionist took us to Royal Palace hotel because their hotel was fully booked. We were so happy that we didn't made to stay in our original arrangement. The 2 rooms we stayed in for 2 nights were fantastic. Clean, spacious, the staffs are FANTASTIC! The hotel even allow us to pay partial fee for an extended check out. As we speak, we are still in our room resting ( traveling with elder parents) before our flight departs tonight. Continental breakfast was fantastic as well. The few days we stayed they changed up the menu for variety. "

"The breakfast is good in this hotel and this hotel is nearby to all the food places and is walkable distance to the Train Street and water puppets show. The rooftop bar is under construction atm so expected to have some building work noise. Overall this is a good hotel to stay in."

"The Hotel is in a very good location situated in the Old Quarter. We arrived very early in the morning to the Hotel after a long Journey. The staff could not have been more helpful. Arranged early check-in for 50% cost of room, very reasonably priced. Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from, again the staff in restaurant were very helpful especially Anna."

This is a beautiful hotel right downtown Hanoi walking distance from everything you could need. The roof top bar provides a beautiful sunset view and the cocktails we had were the best we drank in Hanoi (and we drank a lot at various places!)"
