"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "Fantastic place to stay! Great price walkable to Zeil, clubs, bars, shopping. Will stay again in the future and also recomend. Minor complaint due to noise but thats because of how close you are to downtown, it busy. Staffing and service was easy and understandable. Will retain a 5 star for me!"

"This is one of the best apartment hotels in Frankfurt. Very close to messe. Decor is very nice. Very clean. Staff speak very good English and are so helpful. It is also very quiet and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend to all. "

"A unique experience for a hotel, you are basically going to be staying in a condominium with every convenience you could ask for. It is located with restaurants within very short walking distance. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to pay careful attention to the emails that you receive as you receive a key from, a remote host dispenser, after hours there is nobody there. "
