"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"The property manager was easily accessibly which was good as we never received our check in info. My husband and son loved the space - they believe it is the most spacious room we have had yet. The area is a little different but was easy enough to navigate."
