"After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views!
The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes...

"This was the perfect house for our 3 families to have a beach holiday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The access to the beach couldn’t be better. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house in the future. It’s a rare find."

"The property has unique views of the area. You can see the whole of Marmari from above. For those who like to walk there are walks around the mountain. It is a quiet part the house placed in a fair plot of land and easy parking. The road leading to the property from the main road needs some improvement and drivers ought to take some caution. The house is clear big spaces ideal for families or even a group of friends. If you are elderly or have difficulty walking this property has stairs...

"We stayed at the newly built condo. Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The pool and restaurant were good too. The gardens, the playground and the areas were the animals live could use better maintenance i.e. there were some nails sticking out from some pieces of wood, the protective floor at the playground was torn out etc.

"15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. "Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops.
Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries.
The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families.

"We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. Our group consisted of nine women, ranging in age from 16 to 53, and we all felt safe and had plenty of room to spread out. The private beach was amazing, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Our hosts were fantastic, answering all our questions promptly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future. "

"I have never felt so at peace as you do at this stunning property. The views are amazing, the grounds are beautiful and house one of the best we have stayed in. The kayaks also made a wonderful addition to the house with the beach being so close. Kostas was very kind and knowledgeable, we loved the olive oil that he brought us.
Everything is exactly as the description online.
The only thing we would have changed about our holiday would have been to have an automatic car to cope with the many...

"Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a group of friends or family who want to be by themselves. You can walk out of the garden and go straight into the water. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed all the courtyard and garden. Nice barbecue facilities. All the commodities to cook your meals if you want to do that. We picked figs, lemons and limes for the trees! Very nice hosts, very hospitable. Highly recommend it!"

"Breathtaking views of the sea and clean, modern interior. Beautiful be h nearby with dining options and a supermarket with fruit/ yogurt / nuts. A little far to walk to the nearby town so recommend having a car. Parking is on a fairly steep slope which may be challenging for some. Overall an excellent value."

Nick & Linda are wonderful hosts...great communication, very helpful with directions & nothing was too much trouble...
After a busy few days soaking up Athens & the Parthenon, Little Stone Villa provided a peaceful, relaxing, away from it all break..the pool was fantastic (make sure you meet Robert the pool cleaner! ;) and we spent most of our time there...

"Myself and my three children stayed eight nights at Alonia Cottage in the lovely village of Vrisi during the last week of July 24. We couldn't have asked for better.
The cottage was immaculate and fully equipped with A/C, Wifi and everything you could possibly require during your stay. "We had a very nice time staff was great especially Marina and Savvas. Very easy to get to the center of Eretria. Very clean but a few bugs constantly in the room. A bad smell heading to the pool/beach, outside our room not sure what it was. Overall we really enjoy the hotel and the beach area."

"The rooms are comfortable though not overly big. The bathroom is very small. It was a tight squeeze into the shower. The balcony was lovely as it gave us more space and fresh air. We loved the pool however the beach was much warmer to swim in. "

Amazing Villa with Great Views

The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were just perfect. There were organized beaches and tavernas in Rovies and outside of Limni. We went out every night to different tavernas and had a great time. You do need cars to get around, but driving was easy (except downtown Limni where I think the roads were designed for donkeys). We would all highly recommend this villa for large groups. There was plenty of space for people to relax together or apart if someone needs more space. The airconditioning worked wonderfully even in August. Elena and Sokratis were great to work with and very responsive. "
