We had a great time. Got in plenty off pool and beach time. The carriage house served as office space when needed. And the bedrooms were quiet for nap time. There are so many exterior doors that can be opened by 3 and four year olds. Could use some out of reach interior locks. Pool was well secured with locked gates. Property mgt. was great with service!

Good location, house needs attention

Good location for beach access. The ceilings fans do not work, several lights did not work, master door to outside does not open. Had to have the managing company come fix the ice maker and show us how to make the back door lock, and bring an extra box fan. We never figured out how to make the 3rd level AC unit work properly. Just so many things that need to be done before renting this house. Very disappointed in having to ask for so many things during our stay. I will say they were prompt to reply. Another huge concern was the loud music neighbors were playing yet the company threatens you after you get there with hefty HOA fines for such as this! Had to deal with neighbors being loud several days. Called Sheriffs office only to get a recording, never heard back from rental company. Personally would never rent this home again.

Excellent stay at the beach!

We had the best time. Said it slept 14 and it did - SO comfortably! Plenty of bedding and towels too. Only had to walk across the street to the beach. We stayed in Nov & it was chilly. We should have had them heat the pool a day before our arrival. We were blown away by the actual place as it was more than we expected from the listing. Beautiful furnishings and decor. A balcony off every floor (3). The beds were SO comfortable too! We couldn't have asked for more. Ocean Reef properties is great to work with and Anchor Pointe was a great place to stay! Everyone had a great time! And checkout was the easiest I've ever had! Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay!
