"Location was amazing. Room was small but comfortable. I did not like that they would not let me turn the ac below 70. Spa services were great. Mineral pool was awesome. Lots of great restaurants near by. On site security patrolling the property was nice. "

"I have been visiting palm Springs for years. This has been my best stay. Not only most of the "famous" hotels have been somehow abandoned and catering to party crowd, this one felt like a gem: The service amazing, the room superb, the cleanliness amazing and can I talk about the custoized plate they made for us for our hotel room door? 10/10. "We had a wonderful visit and close to many things we wanted to do. Our only complaint is the beds. Boy they need replacing. I haven’t slept on old box spring beds in a decade or more. Plus the beds squeak and body sinks in. Otherwise it’s a really great place! "

"We visit Idyllwild several times a year and we always stay at Tahquitz Pines Retreat! For a family of 4 cabin 4 and 24 are the best! The property is gorgeous and it is close to hiking trails and the little downtown area. There is also a restaurant on the property itself which is very convenient. We will definitely be back! "
