“Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed. Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!)”

“We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. ”

“I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing……

“This property was just enough space for my fiancé and I. Our trip in Seattle was busy, but this apartment really allowed us to decompress after a whirlwind of excitement. Coming from the South we were a little nervous about PNW hospitality, but Garnett made us feel right at home. I love this place. Definitely will be back in the future ”

“Great Stay for a night to catch a show at Climate Pledge. Rental was clean and had an a/c, with comfy beds. It was nice that it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath so everyone had their own space. Overall I liked the rental and location. It fit our needs and would definitely stay again. ”

“Everything about the stay was excellent. I'll call out two points. First, the instructions were clear and detailed. There are several steps to entering the unit and the garage, and I was able to follow all of them with the written instructions.Second, communication with the host was top notch and on point. We had a couple brief text exchanges that were very helpful to me.”
