Terrible

I had book this stay months in advance to spend time with my daughter. When I arrived at the property, I realized that I had not received information to get access. When I reached out to the owner, he initially was not responding. When I was finally able to contact him, he claimed that he had never worked with VRBO and had never listed the property.
