「We stayed for 3 nights and spent much of it in the house as a typical Oregon coast early spring wind/downpour raged outside for all of a night and part of the next day, turning to intermittent showers. It is a nice house, with good separation of spaces for kids and adults. The upper space has 3 beds with good separation. Note the lamps. They are fun, and the entire place has nice furnishings and decor. The view is very good, though public utility wires intrude into the view of the ocean. ...

「This house could not be in a more beautiful setting. We were lucky that the weather for January in Oregon was mid-fifties and sunny which just added to the wonderful time we had. Richard was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well maintained and well appointed. We had a great time and really appreciate the property that Richard has. Thank you!」

「Thanks for allowing pets at this location. It is a great location and so close to the beach for dog walks. While there we have sideways rain and high winds and with these 4 leaks were discovered. Three in the living room and one in the kid's bedroom.We just put pans and towels under them and wasn't an issue for us. We notified company and sent someone over a few days later to look at them. We loved the place and its location. Would definately come again. 」

「We ha stayed here so often neither of us can remember how many times. It is perfect for two quirky senior citizens who like to watch the ocean and have access to good places to eat. We love it rain or shine!」

「We had a great stay, everything was as advertised. For it being a smaller space it worked well with two adults and a dog. My only complaint would be on the code for the door is 10 digits and you have to put it in just right or it blinks red and you have to wait」
