Awesome home and great location!
Easy access form airport if driving- home looks just like pictures- all electronics / wifi worked great. Downtown is walkable and fantastic park 5 minute walk- great for running or walking. Great place!

Absolutely enjoyed our time. Phenomenal location and dwelling. Owners knocked it out of the park with all of the unit amenities. Great safe neighborhood with great restaurants/bars all within walking distance.

What a place to call home while on vacation!
While on a 9 day vacation which included concerts and other adventures with friends and family, we called this awesome, wonderfully located, tastefully decorated “fortress” our home base for the group. Whether we were relaxing on the rooftop enjoying the panoramic view (much better than the pic) after a day of excursions or heading to breakfast by hopping on some of the accessible transit equipment (scooters / bikes) that are readily available to rent in the neighborhood, we grew to enjoy the “fort” more and more everyday we were there. It’s just a really cool place. Owners were great, everything was clean and plenty of what you’d need. Just absolutely the right spot to do Denver and the front range. Definitely going back!

This place was perfect, it was a little cold up top but I could not stop wanting to be on the roof with the incredible view. Highly recommend!!

Amazing property
This property is amazing for too many reasons to list. The location is incredibly close to everything; beautiful neighborhood, restaurants within walking distance and downtown Denver is minutes away. The off street parking makes the busy neighborhood a non-issue. The house itself was a treat! Very comfortable, interesting art, well stocked, and safe. Above all, the rooftop deck was too die for! We had a great trip and it wouldn't have been a good any where else.

Excellent Location for Our Trip
There are so many nice amenities at this property. The garage parking, proximity to Coors field, the Rooftop patio, the pool table, the stock of necessities, the Kuerig, the kitchen, the living room with fantastic TV - already set up with YouTube TV. We took in a Rockies game with an amazing fireworks display - then watched the fireworks display the next night from the rooftop deck. The neighborhood was perfect for our stay with easy access to many local eateries and brew houses. The house was fastidiously labeled with directions of what to use and how to use. While we did not use the outside gas grill, it was nice having the option. We took advantage of the well-equipped and spacious kitchen to prepare breakfast and snacks. The house prep for VRBO rental was extremely thoughtful. The whole setup was very professional.
