Christmas in Arvada
We needed a place to be able to cook a Christmas dinner for our family. Perfect location close to our son’s apartment and an easy walk into downtown Arvada and the Olde Town station. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms comfortable and a relaxing lounge. Would definitely look at rebooking should we meet up in Arvada again.

Perfect Condo for those who do Steps
Great location yet quiet. Great kitchen design. Three levels to spread out, but with lots of stairs. No bathroom on communal floor; two bathrooms up and one down. Feels like a new build.

Amazing Stay
We had a great time in Arvada! We were in town for the Boulder half marathon. The location was perfect! This place was clean and we loved the decorations. The communication was prompt with rental manager. We will definitely look them up when we come back to Colorado!

Family weekend in Arvada
We had a wonderful stay. We were in visited family. Basically Arvada was in between our two daughters. We were walking distance to Old Town Arvada with its cute shops, bars, and fabulous German pastry shoppe. We were also a stones throw from Costco, theaters, and other restaurants. The VRBO was super clean and had a fabulous kitchen ensemble ! We are hoping to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short stay and spent most of our time in old town Arvada area. This location allowed us to walk instead of drive for most outings. Nice place with modern decor, comfortable and well stocked. Window coverings do not offer much darkness in bedrooms (might need to plan ahead for that) but upstairs beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again.

Clean, new, well appointed
Like the title says, the house was clean and seems to have been built very recently. The kitchen and baths were stocked with all the soap, towels, pots and pans, coffee maker with filters, etc, etc. Walked to restaurants for dinner. Used the garage for our rental car. Easy drive to Boulder and Golden CO.

Baseball Weekend
We had a great visit to the Denver area to watch the Baltimore Orioles take on the Rockies and to sightsee. The house is in a great location with lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The Denver light rail is also a short walk from the house. The house is brand new and very clean. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Would love to return!

This townhouse was perfectly located for quick access to all highways, and a short walk to old town Arvada. Comfortable and accommodating. Great space and comfortable beds.

This condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was awesome. We were a 5-7 min walk to a great wine patio and a 10 -22 minute walk to Old Towne Arvada, where there were restaurants, bars, coffee shops and bakeries. The location was also an easy drive to Ft Collins, Golden, Bolder and downtown Denver.

Great place. Great location.
This condo is very nice, well stocked kitchen, clean, and is in a great location for all attractions in the Denver area. There were four adults and two children in our group. We all had comfortable beds and room to enjoy. I recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Denver area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, well equipped with new appliances. Allowed good space for group activities on 2nd level and 3 individual spaces for work. Neighborhood was pleasant snd provided easy access to wonderful places to visit like the botanical gardens, surrounding communities, and the airport. 2 of the bedrooms were great. Foldout beds in living room and downstairs not so comfortable. Only real annoyance were communications with local company: an initial email saying need pic an other personal information without any notice that the new company was legitimate and emails saying “leave by 10 am”!

Beautiful Townhome in a Great Location in Arvada
This was a great townhome with garage with everything nearby. It was wedding week and provided us with access to all our last minute needs and close to family events. Our only complaint is the lower level bed as configured is not sleep-able for an adult. Generally referred to as the prison bed. The mattress was taken off the metal futon and laid on the floor to make it tolerable. If you want to count this bedroom and bed as sleeping for two you need to replace it with a proper mattress. Thankfully, my nephew only needed it for two nights. Otherwise we had a GREAT stay and all our requests were promptly attended to.
