The area around the hotel was run down and surrounded by parking lots on 2 sides, so not a great location. Yes, it is "downtown" but it's a 15 minute walk to the 16th St. Mall, so not an easy access.
Most concerning was the use of so much paper - paper cups, paper plates, plastic utensils. It was so much waste and with paper cups in the room, it's hard to keep a cup of water by the bedside without tasting wax.
I will say, however, that the breakfast buffet was delicious, room and beds were spacious and comfortable (yes, even the pull out couch) and I would not hesitate staying here again, as long as I wasn't expecting a true downtown Denver experience.
