Our clean sanctuary offers a perfect getaway for friends, family, and business travelers alike. Enjoy the stars in a private fenced-in area with an outdoor fireplace and game room or enjoy our new hot tub!

This spacious three-bedroom, two and half-bathroom home is perfect for a family getaway or a romantic retreat. This property is fully furnished inside and out from top to bottom. Notable features include a social media-worthy entrance and radiant wall art. The sleek open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary things such as coffee, appliances, utensils and cookware essentials to make a delicious home-cooked meal during your comfortable stay. The living room features plenty of throw blankets and seating to enjoy an exciting playoff game or fun family movie. The game room garage features endless entertainment: a ping pong, darts, foosball, arcade basketball and board games for everyone. The master suite bedroom includes a king size bed with a queen size bed pull out couch for additional sleeping. Two additional spacious bedrooms each include a queen size bed and plenty closet storage for all your belongings.

The outdoor area of “Change Your Altitude” is where you’ll find the true beauty of Colorado. Imagine yourself making long lasting memories in the hot tub, or telling worthy stories while roasting marshmallows over the fire pit or all of the above! Fire pit and Hot tub is a must while you're in Colorado!

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find plenty of activities to keep you busy. With Colorado’s 300 days of sunshine, take a hike in the nearby national parks, go fishing in the nearby lakes, or take a drive to explore the nearby towns. Each reservation will receive a personalized access code to get into the property through the front door. Guests will have access to the entire house and a private fenced backyard.

Denver is known for the "Mile High" city references its elevation & it's 300's days of sunshine a year. Whether you enjoy the outdoor actives or urban city the city has 200 parks, nearly 20,000 acres of parks in the nearby Rocky Mountains and 10th largest downtown area in the nation.

Being less than 15 minutes away from Denver International Airport, you can travel west for the Rockies, South to Colorado Springs or North to Boulder all in one weekend.

You'll want to see as much of Denver as possible, as it has good restaurants, even better bars and a lively arts and music scene. The best part is that the entire city is connected through a beautiful series of bike paths and parks.

The good news is that getting around Colorado is pretty easy. Public transport options such as RTD bus and light rail system is extensive, though it's easy enough to get around on foot, bike, mechanized scooter or uber/lyft. Within a couple of hours' drive, vast areas of wilderness, world-class skiing and hiking awaits, so having a car will help you to reach the Rocky Mountain state's deserts, canyons, national parks and mountain towns.

✦ Our Minut system is located in the front entrance to detect and prevent parties.
✦ If the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition requiring any additional cleaning, the guest will be charged an additional minimum cleaning fee of $500.00. Please treat our family vacation home as yours and return it to the condition you arrived.
