“Despite being in a neighborhood, we were surprised how quiet and private this felt! The big, play yard was great, the kayak was fun to take out fishing. Lots of little details were considered and communication with Carolina was wonderful. She was prompt and gracious with any questions or needs we had. “This was a 5+ star property- clean, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations- could have used one additional bathroom upstairs so 4 adults did not have to share. 4 stars are due to the construction on a new-build next door. Work started at 7AM and continued until 6PM. The house shared a driveway so there was frequent construction traffic and people parking in the driveway. This is clearly temporary but distracted from otherwise wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion.”

“Our stay was great - we needed a place to land in this area and this was a perfect spot. We stayed in the off season so we didn’t get to try any of the community amenities, but the tiny house was perfect. Very comfortable bed and furniture, nice bathroom, and well equipped kitchen.
