"Top notch property. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant at the property serves a set course meal worth of a Michelin star. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Unfortunately check in is at 5 pm and check out at 10. Pool does not open until 1 pm and closes at 7 pm so you need to stay at least 2 nights if you want to use it. "

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Phi principe hotel in Cuneo. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and the location is right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and arranging transport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuneo. "

"I'd say that it's a very nice budget type hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can get a good breakfast and dinner at their restaurant (if you pay extra). There isn't much to do around in the evening. It's about 10 minutes walk to the village, but there isn't mich there either. One thing I don't understand is why people put a (transparent) window in the bathroom, without any blinds, facing the backyard. "

"So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep! The WiFi does not work...

"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It is in an excellent location in the town center close to restaurants and shopping. The allowed us to park our bicycles in the garden."
