"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."

"Indoor pool and hot tub were great. The house is huge and there is plenty of room for our large group to not be on top of each other the whole time. Tons of beds and bedrooms. The house had everything we needed to make meals and there were plenty of pool floats for us to use.The property manager and owner were in touch before and during the trip and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was really appreciated. "

"We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat."

"Everyman’s House served as convenient lodging for our weekend in K’zoo. We were fascinated by the background and significance of this house. It retains many of its historic features while providing modern conveniences. As mentioned, there was significant noise with heavy traffic use at certain times of the day. "

Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations. "My wife and I stayed here around the 20th of February ‘25, which turned out to be great timing, all the tourists and visitors were pretty much nonexistent. No lines or crowds. The hotel provided meat, crackers, cheese & etc along with a couple of adult beverages in the evening which we enjoyed before heading out on the town. The breakfast had plenty of options. Both of which was nice and also save us money. Both are included in the price of your rental of your room. There is parking below the building only for the building which has a security pad to access the door to the building. Good price, good people working there, I highly recommend you check out this place. And no I’m not paid, I just like to give people credit when they earn it."

"I went on a business trip with my husband and a co worker. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower could've been cleaned a little better but over all, it was a nice stay. Easy to access the parking garage. I would stay here again and recommend. "
