"Hotel has central air con system. So you can't control the room temperature. The heater in room doesn’t seems to be working. The room pillows provided are so soft and flat. The only plus point about the hotel is the locations. It is centrally located near shopping and restaurant. Also 10min walk to Rotterdam centre station."

"If you don’t want your room cleaned everyday you can hang a notice on the door. You get 2 vouchers each night you do this for a free drink. Hotel ideal for cyclist. Only 10min cycle ride to beach. Lots of cycle parking, locked area for e-bikes with charging points and lots of bikes for hire. Plenty of parking Very friendly helpful staff. "
