"We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

"We stayed in the downstairs section of this 2-story duplex. There were no problems with noise from the other guests during our 4-night stay. The neighborhood is calm and residential. The property is very modern and all the features were in good repair and worked perfectly, including the washer & dryer. We always cook on our stays, and we found the kitchen was well-provisioned. "We had an absolutely fabulous time at Park Lane! The property is lovely and tucked away, yet within walking distance to South Congress. The breakfasts are to die for, the bedding is so comfy, the pool and outdoor shower (the latter of which is optional) are awesome, and the vibes there are just all-aeound excellent. Shakti and Samantha are amazing hosts, as well! Stay here, you won't regret it!"

"Great location, within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Property was well kept and clean. Edwin and Mindy were extremely responsive and accommodating to ours needs. Would love to get a larger group together to stay again in the main house!."

"Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!"

"The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"
