Great Place To Vacation
This was a great home, pool was warm, home was clean includomg grill and the neighborhood was quite and beautiful. I would definitely come back with my family in the future.

We enjoyed our stay.
The house was great, kitchen is well stocked, the community very quiet. The pool was lovely - a place to enjoy morning coffee - while my husband enjoyed fishing in the pond out behind the property. A great place to relax before and after daily excursions.

Excellent location and very comfortable!
The house was very comfortable and very well appointed- from extra towels, pillows, and very comfortable beds, to food in the pantry, they thought of everything! The host was very responsive to any questions I had both before and during the trip. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!! The house is very well stocked with towels, linens, dishes, and even a toaster oven. The pool was warm and clean. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable. We enjoyed the communal pool and basketball/tennis/pickleball courts that were within walking distance of the home. The bikes and beach chairs/gear were also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Paradise in Deerfield Beach
Lovely home with all necessities needed. We were 3 couples and there was lots of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool. Lots of nature around to see also. Nice location close to everything we needed. Would recommend this home.

House was very nice and rooms were large. Lanai and pool were great! Plenty of amenities that made stay very easy and comfortable. Owner very responsive to questions and requests. Minor issue with ants but was able to knock them back with DIY spray. Would recommend to family and friends.

Deerfield Florida was perfect.
This property is even better in person. All the amenities are at your fingertips. About 45 mins from Miami but this place is a vacation within itself. I definitely recommend this property.

The house was everything that i saw in the reviews. Spacious,clean and so very comfortable. The kitchen had every tool that i wanted. The screened in pool was clearly the centerpiece for our children. We spent 7 nights and in a perfect world we would have stayed a few more. Thumbs way up!

February get-away!
Spent 3 fabulous weeks here (Feb 4- 25, 2023). Unfortunalely, family / friends could not join us. Lots of space for 2 of us, but felt like home. Had everything we could need and LOVED stepping out the slider to the private POOL. Great place!

We were in town while my daughter was doing a short internship. Location perfectly met our needs - 15 minutes to beach but we mostly enjoyed staying home and using the pool. Home was perfectly stocked and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Amazing rental!
The place is beautiful, nicely decorated, super clean and modern. It’s everything I could want from a vacation rental. We had so much fun playing in the pool — it was screened in so there were no bugs! The pond outside the property had a lot of fun wildlife to watch. The unit had plenty of towels for the bath and beach, and the beds were very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect!!!!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home. So much, in fact, that we booked it for next year already! The home is comfortable, and very well stocked. The pool area is the perfect spot for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The neighborhood is peaceful, and although there are not sidewalks, walking the streets doesn't feel dangerous. Also there are 2 great parks within walking and biking distance. Great location with lots of retail stores and restaurants close by. Great vacation home!

pretty good overall
Stay was slightly marred by a missing screen in the pool area so it was buggy, but owner got it fixed 1/2 way thru the stay. Besides that everything was pretty good. House is OK, large, properly furnished with everything we needed, and once the screen was fixed the pool was just fine. Overall met our needs. One thing we noticed is that there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sick, which is unusual for florida.

ANOTHER RELAXING HOLIDAY
This is our second holiday at this house. We love the area and the house is located on a quiet housing area that is close to everything one could want. The house is full of amenities that make the stay so much more enjoyable. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well kitted and the television even has two distinct cable networks, one for French speaking Canadians and one local for the south Florida area. We watched both as the Canadian network has a couple of English speaking movie channels. The pool suited us well and we did bbq a number of times, yummy. We very much want to return next year.

DEERFIELD BEACH HEAVEN
The owners communicated details of the property in a timely manner and answered all our questions in a prompt manner. On our arrival the property was clean with all amenities in correct working order. We wanted for nothing. The covered pool was a real benefit as its the first time my wife wasn't bitten by mosquitoes while in Florida. The pool is heated, much more comfortable to get into. The BBQ was very easy to use and we took full advantage. The house is gorgeous but quite cozy and we felt right at home from the first day. There is a shopping mall less than five minute drive from the house which was very convenient. We were so happy with this property we are now planning to re-book our next holiday there for next year. We know this property represent great value for money and no unpleasant surprises.

Exceptional Vacation Home Experience - Highly Recommended!
We (three adults, including our 24-year-old daughter) rented this vacation home from May 26th to June 4th, 2024, as part of a multi-week trip from Miami Beach, Deerfield Beach, W Bradenton (south of Tampa), Clearwater Beach, followed by Daytona Beach, and ending with a week in Atlanta, GA. The vacation home is beautifully laid out, very clean, well-maintained, and excellently kept. It is located in a prime neighborhood with essential infrastructure like Publix, Aldi, Walmart, CVS/Walgreens, Urgent Care, as well as the I-95/I-75 highways in close proximity. Boca Raton is only 10 minutes away, Fort Lauderdale 22 minutes, Miami 45 minutes, and Sawgrass Mills (Outlet) just 28 minutes. All the well-known restaurants are reachable within minutes. We found everything as we had wished for. Everything was there, nothing was missing! During our stay, we had a question which was promptly and satisfactorily answered by Nathalie Desjardins, a very friendly Canadian. The pool was also impeccable. We have been renting vacation homes in the USA for many years. This excellent condition is certainly not taken for granted everywhere. We always research thoroughly before our stays and were once again very fortunate. We look forward to coming back next year! Thank you for everything to the wonderful Desjardins family! Wonderful getaway with a fantastic owner
We loved pretty much everything about this rental; it was one of our favorite rentals ever. It's just a great place to stay. Well-stocked, spacious (we had 8 people in the house and never once felt crowded), and on a nice quiet street with a beautiful pond/greenbelt behind it. Nice comfortable beds, everything in the house worked as it should, and the pool is just amazing. Nathalie was a perfect hostess, responding almost instantly any time we contacted her, but otherwise staying clear and giving us our privacy. In fact, I could only think of two things I didn't love about the house: First, like most rental houses in south Florida, the house does have pharaoh ants (those little tiny ones that love to get into sugar). Nathalie made us aware of this well in advance, and as long as you keep your food sealed or in the refrigerator, it's not really an issue. Second, the locations for the wall switches (for lights and fans) were a little nonstandard. It took us a couple of days to get used to where some switches were located. :-) Those are literally the only two things I can think of that weren't amazing. I can't recommend this house highly enough as a great place to stay.
