We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We were traveling down the East coast and needed a place to spend the night. The hotel we stayed in the previous night was awful, but we gave this place a chance based on reviews. Not expecting much, but our stay was great. The property is older, but it is very clean and the staff was wonderful. We upgraded the room for the extra $10 (only because our previous hotel was just gross). I can not speak to the rooms that you may get without paying the extra $10, but I recommend this property to anyone that just wants a clean basic room.

It was only one night but I was very impressed. The two item that kept me from giving it a 5 stars was that the elevator wasn’t working and a few little bugs on the room floors. This is FL so I squashed them and went about my day.

Floor hasn't been vacuumed in some time. Mold in the shower. Found a pen in the sheets so who knows how long since the last cleaning. Sheets smelled like cigarettes.

Bed sheets had stains and were not clean. Also there were small cockroaches walking on walls. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and go to find out the facility has no queen beds only full, wrongly advertised on Expedia. Staff was nice and friendly!
