Reported next morning and it was cold when I got back to hotel, but still made loud, whirling sounds off and on all night 12/10/24. Noise wasn’t addressed and reported at end of my stay in AM of 12/11/24. Hopefully, it’s resolved for next guest. "

"The room was very clean and the night staff when we checked in was AMazing!! It was a young girl and a gentlemen. I wish I got their names. Felt safe and the bed was comfortable.
