Wonderful place to stay. We were able to meet up with family in the area and have a great time getting together after years apart. When we got back to the house in the evenings, the table in the kitchen was perfect for playing a couple of card games. My dad had a wonderful 92nd birthday. Loved everything!

Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no garage opener for the garage so it was a little inconvenient coming in and out, you couldn’t really enjoy the large backyard because there was no sitting areas/seating, the yard needed attention and also the cabinet where all the pots were was partially blocked by the stove so it was a little difficult getting them out. I’m not complaining though. We made the best of it and overall it was a good place to stay and we also felt very safe there and had a memorable time!

Perfect for us

We went to Dayton to look for a house for one of our children that has been transferred to the area. This house was great for our use with its close proximity to the freeway. House was fully equipped and worked for our needs. Paschal is a wonderful and available host.

Second time was just as charming..

Another trip to Dayton and this was our first choice for second stay. Paschal is a conscientious host and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. The house is well setup and the location is perfect: being close to major thoroughfares means everywhere is minutes away. Thanks for a great stay (again)!

We stayed at this comfortable home while we moved our daughter in for her 2nd year of college. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Plenty of room to visit as a family. Location was a great quiet neighborhood. Our host was very communicative.

The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!

3 Bedroom Bungalow

My family of 5 stayed from June 21-23 for the air show in Dayton. The house was very confortable for our weekend trip. It was clean and smell really good. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us, that was a very nice welcoming touch. Paschal was very attentive at all time, he even helped us with some suggestions on restaurants for dinner.
