The 110 m² gîte adjoining the owners' house is completely independent. With an enclosed inner courtyard that can be used as a car park and a pretty garden with trees and a terrace for dining.
In summer, the swimming pool is open from the fine weather, from June to September, from 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] The heated swimming pool (9x4 m and heated between 22°C and 24°C) is located in the owners' garden (access via a gate from your garden).

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms, one with two single beds 90x190 cm and the other with a double bed 140x190 cm, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm.
