"Our stay was perfect! Our kids (8,6 and 4) had a blast with all the animals - Guinea pigs, bunnies, new kittens. Anita was a fantastic hostess. "The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. "Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. "This was a great stay for our family of 4 young adults & 2 parents in our late 50’s. We had plenty of room and even having one toilet was not a problem with good scheduling :). We came in winter so the weather was a bit dreary; however, I can imagine summer would absolutely lovely and being next to the Danube would be a real treat. Candace was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a great visit to Vienna!"

"The hotel is literally a block from the central train station. Trams and subway also run by the hotel. We were really grateful with the washer and dryer in the room as we were doing a longer European vacation and didn’t want to bring too many socks and under garments. Please note though the capacity for the washer is very limited and you will need to do multiple loads and bring enough detergent. The pool is small but good conditions. "

If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone.
