My family came down from KC for the weekend. This house had the perfect number of beds to accommodate the group. We were very disappointed that the message chair did not function properly. Also the selection of pans in the kitchen is extremely limited for a house that accommodates 14 guest. The pans provides would not cook enough of anything for 14 people.

Great Family House
The house was great! It has plenty of beds for our 3 families. The kids loved the game rooms and pool. The host had the house stocked with everything we needed and didn't require any cleaning at check out. Great stay!

Perfect for our group!
We had a bunch of ladies for a girls’ weekend. We had a GREAT time. Plenty of space, plenty of amenities. Great communication. Everything worked as advertised. Awesome place for a large group to stay.

Enjoyable stay. Family reunion with 16 adults and 3 month baby. Comfortable seating is not adequate for number of people allowed. Living area looking worn. Well equipped and maintained. Convenient to shopping, entertainment and dining.

We were here for an afternoon-evening work retreat. There were no issues with the house, which really nice and was set up for games which was "really cool." Everyone really enjoyed themselves here.
