Cute and cozy!
We enjoyed our stay in the loft. Everything we needed was provided and the bathroom is amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and we would definitely stay here again. Sarah was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

Comfy and Convenient
Stayed here for a little over a week and felt right at home. The place was clean and very comfortable. The owners are great..very friendly and respectful. The neighborhood is very nice. Lots of historic homes, beautiful trees, and cool yards. All around awesome!

Fabulous!
This was the perfect little studio space for a great girls weekend, complete with a lovely hot tub and cool stock tank pool. It’s close to great McKinney restaurants and shopping, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it! Thanks Sarah and Lance!

Excellent, Safe Location/Great Place to Stay!!
Enjoyable, artsy space near super fun historic downtown. Our only negative was that the loft sleeping space was not accessible for my 70+ year old hubby’s knees. He slept on futon on main floor. Sweet eating nook and large bathroom with roomy shower. Very easy drive in and out from DFW. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely!

Cute and Comfortable
Very cute property-nice bed and shower. The place is connected to the host's house. The hot tub wasn't working and that was one of the main reasons we booked it. Close to a very cute downtown area. The kitchenette wasn't stocked and so the food we were planning to eat and heat up we weren't able to due to the lack of plates and a microwave. Very kind hosts.

Super cute efficiency
This property is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. However, we ended up having to leave after our first night and get a hotel because the “loft” is more like a crawl space, the one picture in the post does not accurately show how tiny the space is. You can not stand up in the loft and it was extremely warm up there as there is no central a/c. If that does not bother you, then this is the perfect space to stay. The location is fantastic and super close to a very cute downtown area.

Perfect for a weekend
Similar to tiny house living in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with an elementary school at the end of the road. Very safe feeling location. Very quiet area. Most neighbors and the adjacent property owner have dogs so you do get the occasional barking but nothing intrusive. The property is very well maintained. The bathroom is like a spa - spacious and well equipped. I used the shelves in the for my clothes and it works well as double duty for a dressing area since the loft with the bed is only a couple of feet high. The steps to the loft bed are pretty narrow and steep so certainly not something I would recommend for very young kids or elderly or unstable guests. Mattress was comfy and I hung a towel over the window there to cut down lights coming in from the neighboring houses behind. Sarah was super sweet - great to leave a light on for my late arrival and warm and pleasant when we would see each other out front. I didn't use the back yard but it was well decorated - it is shared with the main house so I felt like I didn't want to be walking right up next to their windows. Overall great stay and I would return. The house is currently on the market so that might not be an option but I recommend it if you want a nice quiet central spot for 1-2 people.
