"Great location and friendly staff. Room was mostly clean but found some hairs in the bathroom that was a little unacceptable. Attention to detail while cleaning would be my only negative feedback for this hotel."

"My room had a bugs crawling on the pillow. I have the video and I showed the manager. I sent him the video as well as his request. He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. The next day I woke up with more bugs in my bed that I have squashed while sleeping."

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and apologetic when machines were down to get my deposit back. Rooms were fairly clean, though could be dusted a bit. But the showers were very clean though, and I loved the huge mirror and counter space. Fridge was nice and cold, and we really loved the water refill stations by the ice machines on each floor. "This was a single night stay after attending the Toronto Boat Show. Very good service. Be aware that there is ample parking around the hotel, within a block distance. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Will gladly return in the future. Very good access to many restaurants in the area."

"Stayed at the Hyatt Regency to attend a show at the iconic Horseshoe Tavern which is a quick 5 minute walk away. Lots to do in the area! Friendly, helpful service and a large, clean room with a fantastically comfortable bed. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great perk."

"It was my husband’s 50th birthday and I surprised him with a weekend getaway with friends & family. The Bickle sisters were very hospitable and I was able to do an early check in to set up everything before coming back to the cottage with my husband.
