We were 2 couples staying 15 September-22 September. What a great location and house. The village is so quaint with a small grocery, boulangerie, and 2 lovely restaurants. The house is as pictured in the app. We loved the outside sitting area under the barn and the daily visit in the afternoon of Beastie, the black cat. Sally was always available to help us Americans figure out how the Telly worked, how the oven worked and how the hob worked. Fairly simple once she showed us how. The bedrooms were comfortable and we used the 3 bedrooms because one of our friends wasn’t feeling well. My husband and I had the smaller en-suite. If there was anything to complain about, it would be that there is no place to hang bath or hand towels, but that compares to the great time we had in Daglan. We walked down to the Ceou? River just down the road. Outside the house, turn to the left and you will run into Le Chef Fabrice, Le Cantine, a fabulous restaurant. And down a bit from him Le Petite Paris, the bakery and the grocery store. We were in the best area of the Dordogne, close to many things and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it
