"Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!."

"This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. The bar next to reception is really overpriced. A local larger is 500 rupees yet at all the other bars on the resort its 275 rupees. 3. The hair Salon prices are out of date on the website. a wash and blow dry was advertised as being 1200rupees but was actually 3600 rupees. As stated these are all minor points as the resort and hotel are outstanding."

The property is expansive, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The direct access to the beach is another major highlight. "Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again."
