I stayed at the Continent Hotel Da Nang for 2 nights. There is 15 mins walking distance to the beach and 15 mins walking to the Vitcom Plaza. The staff is helpful. I ask the front desk staff to order the Taco Ngon (A well-known restaurant). On the other hand, the wall is thin. I can hear the voices from the next room at the night. It affects my sleepiness a lot. I cannot sleep well.
The most disgusting unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in. No way a 4* star. The area is also very shady. The rooms and sheets are so dirty...they we’re stained with blood and wee. We asked for new sheets 3 times - they were all filthy ! DO NOT BOOK HERE. Worst experience ever ruined our trip. Staff was also very unhelpful and didn’t even speak English. We were left to walk the streets at 11pm at night in the search for a hotel. DISGUSTING
We stayed at the most crowded holiday week of the year at the hotel. The cleanness could be better. The rest was OK, beside the free bicycle are broken and not use able.
We didn't stay the night thank goodness as we only needed the room to rest before an international flight. The room was in need of maintenance, not very clean as we had experienced in other hotels in Vietnam. We will not come back. On the flip side, the room was very inexpensive and only 15 minutes walk to the beach and Dragon Bridge.

Clean place. Breakfast dissapppointing. Close to beach.
The staff at this hotel were great. They organised all our taxis for us and you can even buy tickets for Ba Na Hills though the hotel, which saves so much time.
The room was big and very spacious. However, we did not have hot water on the second day. The handyman tried to fix it but it was taking to long so I had to take a cold shower before checking out.
The market in Da Nang is not great. The night market is slightly better and if you are staying over a Saturday or sunday, the dragon bridge breathes fire at 9pm, which is fun to see. We walked to the night market, which takes about 20 minutes, but it is a little complicated if you dont have maps on your mobile phone.
The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Only complaint I have are with the bicycles and motorbikes the hotel had. Going to the nearby restaurants, beach, etc involves some walking. Hotel advertised free bikes. None of the bikes were not usable, rusted parts, low or no air in tires, not maintained. So I opted to rent a motorbike. The “good” ones were already taken. What was left were questionable, dirty mirrors and handles. The motorbike I rented did work but wouldn’t rent for more than a few hours. I’d go somewhere else if I needed one for a few days.
Nice little hotel. Clean and tidy, helpful staff. Not the best location, but close enough to get to the beach or the city area. Would stay here again.

little bit disappointed but price is cheap
1. no shower gel in the first day.
2. there is a mosquito from toilet every day. At least 3 i killed.
3. So smelly from toilet in the last day. Don't know the reason.
4. Sound insulation is bad.
5. Nice and helpful staff.
I live and work permanently out of hotels and AirBNBs, and this was among the best rooms I ever had! Super clean, great washroom, strong wi-fi, amazing service! Better than pricier, resort-style hotels in Da Nang.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Just very basic breakfast, and the coffee is cold and not fresh. Its ceramics floor, very noisy when the worker moving chairs.these noise keep few hours.
New hotel about 4 months old, affordable room rates, clean room, great customer service, front desk receptionist can speak both fluent English and Japanese, breakfast buffet is ok - need more improvements , nice rooftop bar for city views & short walking distance to nearby restaurants and beach. Free bike or can rent a motorcycle about $9.00 usd per day but has to fill up own gas.
Very new hotel with friendly staff. Nice little breakfast buffet. Cool little rooftop bar. Decent enough location. I will stay here again as I visit Danang often.
