"4 star hotel but the service is without a doubt a 5 star standard (would indicate a higher level if there was one). The staff were incredible from day we arrived till the day we left. This includes the reception staff, bell boys to housekeeping. Extremely attentive and always polite and quick to action. We had some issues with the air conditioning upon arrival and as soon as we voiced our concerns the staff provided temporary alternative room and organised engineers to resolve the issue. They also went out of their way to provide us with snacks, cakes and fruits. The customer service level is of the highest order and we could not be happier with our time at this hotel. A special shout out to Truc, Trinh, Thien and Tung for their amazing attitude The pool is smallish and cold but a nice design. The gym is extremely simplistic. Ok if you just want to lift some weights. Lifts are really fast. Internet speed gets up to about 70-80Mbps (measured using Ookta on a mobile phone). Air conditioning is strong. Water pressure is brilliant and plenty of hot water. If you are on the higher floors (16th) or the lower floors (5th) it can get noisy due to a club/restaurant on the 19th and a conference room on the 2nd. That said any music was always gone by 9pm ish (we were there for close to 2 weeks). And the noise level was very bearable (loud muffle?) Location wise was faultless. On the tail end of the dragon bridge. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants and night market."

"Beautifully located right next to the waterfront, overlooking the Dragon Bridge of Danang. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. A short walk to the Han Market and many eateries. The pink church is very nearby as well. Services are excellent, both at the front counters and in the restaurant. Thanks to Giang and Rose for arranging our 2 delicious lunches in the restaurant. Their Bun Cha was delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are visiting Danang in the future."

"Good location from airport and not too far from Song Tra market. The room was in good condition and they kindly gave me an upgrade with balcony and partial view of the river. Nice size room and breakfast buffet was good too. I would recommend this 4 star hotel if you want something affordable with comfort."
