"This is a great property for families or solo travelers if you keep your expectations modest. For the location and budget you’re getting a great deal. The mix of experienced and inexperienced staff means you have to be reasonable in order not to be disappointed. It’s the best Henann property on the island in my opinion. The only thing I’d say is that their food in the lobby cafe needs to be more nutritionally balanced. For instance, everything is high glycemic index carbs. No salads or balanced options. Even if they want to be economical - it’s not hard to carry over leftover breakfast meats and proteins in the form of sandwiches and bowls because those items will likely be recycled in some way anyways. If this doesn’t change in the future - you can always walk a few steps away and find a lot of food options anyways. "
