"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. "Truly wonderful - We stayed here for 3 nights (wish we'd make it more) and had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was lovely with a range of fruits/cold & hot food, eggs cooked to your liking (if desired) as well as sweet cakes and more. All the staff were brilliant, from the manager, front desk, catering and cleaning staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was exceptionally pleasant and could always help. advise or guide as needed. My son and I booked a deluxe room where his sofa bed was...
