Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and rooms are very rustic and cute, and breakfast starts at 4am which is great if you have early morning plans! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the city center with a ton of food options and shops nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view of the surrounding city.

Enjoyed our stay at San Agustin
The hotel had very friendly staff. Great location! Interesting architecture, clean and a quite ambience. Very clean. The size on the double beds were a bit larger than twin size. Overall we were pleased with our stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any issue. Breakfast is great and there are new things to try everyday. Also, I had lunch there and the food was delicious. Location is excellent, a few blocks away from the main plaza. The hotel has a tour agency where I booked a tour and it was a good one.

Peaceful Retreat 2 minutes away from Downtown
Hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. Staff was extra friendly and helpful to give you information about services you may need right away (money exchange services, banks and restaurants). Building is secured and all staff was extra friendly. Highly Recommend this and the rates are phenomenal. A thru hidden gem ;-).

Ok hotel. Close to places but not worth the price
- Second floor rooms smelled like toilet. - Majority of staff were good but there was one lady at the check in counter that was very unfriendly. All the information that she gave to us was wrong. Any price that she gave us was double of what other staff gave us. for example for a private tour for 10 people she made a phone call and gave us price of 750 Sol. Then we asked another staff a man and he made a phone call and got us the same thing for 400 Sol!
