The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

A estada foi curta. O hotel denota um comportamento de hotel de trânsito, com o básico, mas falta de manutenção mostra um certo descaso. Fios de instalações elétricas soltos, abajur que não funciona, não tem secador no banheiro, box estava sujo, enfim faltou asseio.

As acomodações são bem antigas, bem diferentes das fotos exibidas. O café da manhã é beeeem fraco, sem muitas opções e demora na reposição de produtos. Não há secador de cabelos nos quartos, não havia cobertor para todos, mas em contrapartida as roupas de cama estavam limpas. Resumindo, não é um local que voltaria. Há opções melhores com valor próximo.

Estadia ruim

Tivemos problema em relação ao estacionamento. No ato da reserva dizia ter estacionamento disponível, porém quando chegamos descobrimos que só tinha 10 vagas no hotel, e a partir disso, teríamos que estacionar em outro lugar conveniado. Porém ao ir até o estacionamento presenciamos que havia sim a possibilidade de estacionar mais carros. Precisamos brigar para conseguir. Estacionamento 35,00. Ar condicionado com barulho, sendo impossível dormir com ele ligado. Controle da TV não estava funcionando. Não havia tomadas próximas as camas, somente na mesa que ficava a TV porém tbm ruim e no banheiro.

Recepção com pessoas despreparadas e sem experiência..Vinte pessoas esperando por atendimento. Uma moça com unhas postiças e longas catando milho no teclado com a ponta das unhas. Desrespeitoso com quem estava na espera. Não havia lugar para todos sentarem. Fiquei quarenta minutos de pé esperando a catação de milho no teclado..E tenho dificuldades de mobilidade. Mas havia mulheres com crianças de colo. Não entendo os critérios utilizados pelo recursos humanos na contratação de pessoas para atender uma rede de hotel com demanda tão grande. Não faço ideia.
