Os funcionários do hotel são atenciosos e receptivos, excetuando-se os do café da manhã, que foram ríspidos nos dois dias de estadia. O quarto NÃO estava muito bem limpo, a roupa de cama estava suja e manchada, havia embalagens plásticas jogadas próximas à parede, além de problemas nos eletrosomésticos, como a descarga e o ar-condicionado, que parecia sujo e de difícil utilização. Recomendo apenas para pequenas estadias, em caso de shows, por exemplo. Fora isso, recomendo buscar outro lugar para se hospedar

Decepcionante!!!
Reservamos 2 quartos (nós (eu e meu esposo) e um casal de amigos)), o diferencial para escolhermos este hotel seria “supostos” estacionamento e lavanderia, pois, estávamos de moto e havíamos tomado um banho de chuva no caminho quando fizemos a reserva. Na recepção, (+/- 20:30 de 02/01/25) o atendente muito ríspido no atendimento, parecia que estávamos pedindo um favor e para completar a receptividade informou que o estc. era a parte, seriam 30,00 por moto e por diária… (estávamos em 3 motos. O outro atendente falou que poderíamos tentar o da esquina de frente… talvez seria mais em conta e de toda forma era mais perto… pois o deles seria na outra quadra. E a lavanderia, não tem este serviço. Como estava tarde e cansados, além de molhados… fomos para os respectivos quartos. O nosso quarto, tinha aspecto de “não foi limpo”, tinha somente 1 toalha de banho; ar cond. Não funcionava; o guarda-roupa estava esfarelando (cupim; acreditamos). Apto 501. O deles (409) funcionava o ar; a tv não; e o mesmo aspecto em relação da limpeza. O café simples, mas, muito bom, ambiente limpo e os atendentes do restaurante são senhores, muito simpáticos. Aliás, poderiam colocá-los para ensinar boas práticas à recepção. Apenas o chuveiro, posso elogiar como o melhor item do quarto.

Check-in foi rápido. Café da manhã muito gostoso. O quarto amplo, a cama enorme e muito confortável, o banheiro era amplo, porém aspectos antigo. A localização boa. O ponto negativo e que nos decepcionamos, foi que, precisaríamos pegar uber de madrugada e o rapaz da recepção não nos deixou aguardar dentro do hotel (na recepção), tivemos que aguardar do lado de fora. Isso eu achei o cumulo! Certo que a cidade é segura, mas todo cuidado é pouco.

As avaliações do site não condiz com o local. Apesar dos funcionários atenderem com Excelência, as instalações são antigas e sujas. O quarto com móveis quebrados, lençol debaixo era velho, o volume da TV não funcionava. Enquanto o banheiro era péssimo, sujo e o registro da água gelada não funcionava, apenas a água quente, que estava muito quente. O ralo do banheiro quebrado mas o banheiro muito sujo de forma geral. Boa localização, mas o anúncio no site informa que tem estacionamento e lavanderia, o que não existe nenhum destes serviços.
