"All of the staff we dealt with were excellent. Staff very accommodating with breakfast requests (gluten free etc). Breakfast was consistently great and exceeded expectations. Room clean and pleasant, again exceeded expectations. Good location in Keswick, 10 mins walk into town. Would stay again."

The hotel is set in a lovely garden which gave you an “away from it all” feel. Staff were at the same time discreet and attentive. No gimmicks just good service "

Pool and spa area lovely too, with excellent changing rooms. Gardens well kept, with plenty of seats to have an afternoon drink or just an hour relaxing and reading. Cannot recommend enough. Will definately consider on our next trip to the lakes. "
