“Check in was very strange and not welcoming- the woman at the desk did not say anything to me other than to ask my name- no welcome not even a hello. She didn’t ask to see my ID or my credit card. Just handed me the room keys. Didn’t tell me where the room was, nothing about breakfast, wifi or literally anything. It was the strangest and honestly, rudest experience I’ve had at a hotel. “I was traveling in the area to do a funeral for a friend of mind. We really enjoyed our time there at the country inn an suites by Radisson The only thing I would say negative about the room was the bathroom sink had such an awful foul odor coming from the sink. I personally don't believe the sink was vented the right way. We had to keep the plugger closed to keep the smell from entering our room. Other then that we had a great stay”

“This is a great spot to spend the night when travelling south from Canada. It's about as far south as you want to travel in a day. The property is comfortable and the pub is a nice relaxing spot to grab dinner and a beer. I'll stay here again the next time I drive south.”

“Rooms are to far from the check in. Tv's are small and not smart tvs. Restaurants in the area are limited at best. Bluefield i am.afraid is stuck in a time warp and so is this hotel. I could smell the stinch of years of cigarette smoking in my room even though the hotel is smoke free.”

“What a quaint little B&B. Stayed in the George Washington Room. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent star worthy breakfast they bring you in their cafe. If you need options due to allergies or food intolerance, Kit and Gary will take care of it. The staff is very kind and always helpful. True southern hospitality. OMG the biscuits though.....what I would give to get those again. 5* and its an honest 5*.”
