Single-family house "Ty Jos". In a hamlet 6 km from the centre of Crozon, 6.5 km from the centre of Camaret, 53 km from the centre of Quimper, 700 m from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, orchard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Plage Trez Rouz" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 6.8 km, sailing school 6.8 km. Nearby attractions: Roscanvel 5.7 km, Pointe de Pen Hir 9.4 km, Cap de la chèvre 17 km, Tour Vauban, Camaret 6.8 km, Landevenec 24 km. Hiking paths: GR34 400 m.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (110 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Parquet floors. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Avons passé un excellent séjour dans la presqu’île de Crozon et apprecié notre location. Rien ne manque. Bonne literie, barbecue… vacances reposantes grâce au calme. Grand jardin clos où nos deux chiens ont pu s’éclater. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
