「Great location」

「Comfortable place to stay. Lots of little things that made it special (snacks, bottled water, etc). Had one issue that I notified them about and they were out the next day to fix it. (Disposal was not working I just avoided that side of the sink-not a big deal). I would recommend staying here! Great owners to work with 」

「We enjoyed this stay. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which means you have a 20-30 minute drive to Birmingham proper. There are a few odds/ends about the place that definitely need attention: the master bathroom shower is not sloped properly, so water pools in the corner away from the drain after every use, which isn't super sanitary. They've replaced some of the floors on top of other floors, so you're liable to stub your toe here or there. I'm being a bit nitpicky, but...

「Functional with a few hiccups that were resolved immediately. Mostly quiet apartment. Bottom floor meant you could hear the neighbor above moving about.」

「Waking up to the gorgeous lake view with a cup of coffee was amazing. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was beyond relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. The property manager made sure ever small detail were available for my convenience. This place has definitely spoiled me. EXCEPTIONAL!!!」

「Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent.」
