The only issue we had was the back door entry. "We had a mini Family Reunion in the Albany area so 10 of us stay at this spacious home. Plenty of sleeping capability and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The back patio and fire pit was a real treat as the evening got cooler. Location was super as we had many flying into Albany Intl Airport. We had a great golf tournament at Frear Park Golf Course. "Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."

"This sizable 4 bedroom space gave us everything we needed for a great price! Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. Despite being so close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Ideal for a stay in the Albany area and was just what we needed, would definitely recommend!"

"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."

"We had 15 members of my family in this old house. Another 5 at another VRBO , and 4 others that joined us all day Saturday. Good weather and the annual recognition of the Battle of Bennington was a wonderful surprise The house needs many repairs. The kitchen was a big disappointment "

"The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing"

"The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom. "

"My mom and I did a mother/daughter trip to the Berkshires in October. Everything about this property is perfect! Location was 5/10 min from groceries/restaurants but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. The house itself was very clean and so comfortable (the bed felt like a dream)! We spent our days exploring the surrounding towns and our evenings relaxing at he house. We saw deer in the mornings and 2 bald eagles! Thank you for the incredible stay!! "
