"Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."

"This sizable 4 bedroom space gave us everything we needed for a great price! Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. Despite being so close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Ideal for a stay in the Albany area and was just what we needed, would definitely recommend!"

"The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. "The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
