"Great Hosts, very gracious, very helpful, very accommodating and Trisha was quick responding to any questions I had. I did not get to spend much time at the property on my trip, but would definitely stay at the Washhouse again. Host displayed many personal touches that were thoughtful and memorable. The house is clean and well equipped including the kitchen with many complimentary items to get you through early mornings (such as I had being in town on business) or perhaps a late night arrival....

"Our family of four gathered for a weekend together. My daughter, a sophomore at JMU and her sister visiting from DC loved that they each had a bedroom to themselves. All the beds were comfy, the property was very clean, and we appreciated having ample space when our daughter’s friends came over to visit. We also loved that our sweet dog could come with us on the trip.We’d highly recommend this property for family gatherings!"

The hot water heater hadn't been flushed in a long time (maybe never). The hot water had some sediment and smelled of Sulphur. *There are only a few restaurants within 5 miles (15-20 minutes) and none of them are much of anything. *The 3 floor unit only has one hvac unit.
