"No fault of the property. Expedia issue. We were attending a conference at Canaan Resort. Expedia site said that the property was 17 miles away. The conference was 60 miles away, 1 hour 15-20 minute drive"

"We had no complaints during our stay and found that the description "Charming Farm House" was very accurate. The location was nice, we enjoyed the fire pit (everything provided we needed from wood to fire starters) the hot tub and the cozy living room. Lots of character in this old house and the hosts were thoughtful in the things provided and communication."

"I've rented many VRBOs over the years and this was the best one I've stayed in by far. First, it was immaculately clean. I'm not overly picking about rentals, but one thing I care about is cleanliness. I had zero worries here. Next, the property was tastefully decorated with wonderfully comfortable furniture, nothing cheap or fragile here. Beautiful live edge tables here and there, comfy sofa, recliners and everyone said the beds were awesome. We all slept well. The house was easy to get to....

The house is lived in and there's a cat present, which is in the description, but still feels like house sitting for someone rather than a vacation rental. The price point seems high for a space that's not your own. This may work well for many people, just want others to be aware of what they're signing up for. Again, host was good to work with overall."

"I only spent one night at the Washhouse, but as soon as I entered, I felt right at home. The Washhouse was very clean and tidy, and very comfortable. I did not venture upstairs for the sake of cleanliness, but the downstairs was very nicely set up for Guests. There were lots of games and activities available for people who choose to stay longer, and the English mastiffs outside were so lovely and sweet and ready for pets! I would definitely return if I ever come back this way."
