“Only downside was the open fire seemed clogged. However, we would happily stay again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break. The cottage is one of the nicest we've stayed in, really well equipped and with some lovely, thought-out homely touches e.g. lovely reed difusers, Helpful laundry basket and sweet key hooks. Would definitely visit gin!”

“We had an amazing stay at this cottage for a few days of walking the Brecon Beacons. Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. Pity about the issue with the heating and TV didn’t work, but these were minor issues compared to the great cottage. Thank you Richard”

“We just had a 4 night stay but it was a very pleasant experience. The Coach House is well laid out, especially for two sets of families. The beds are comfortable and the whole property is clean. It is ideally situated for walking locally and for visiting the sights.”

“My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. ”

“Georgina, the host was very helpful with all communications and instructions.Cottage was very well equipped, extremely clean/well decorated and appointed. It felt like home for the 2 weeks we stayed. We loved the views and the sheep!Would highly recommend for a holiday to get away from it all. Brecon only 15-20 min drive away. ”

“Lynn and her team were very welcoming and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Being able to charge our EV overnight was also a huge plus. The apartment is ideally suited for short breaks and is not sure whether it wants to be a hotel suite or a self catering venue. That being said we were able to cook a lot of different meals, but a few more cleaning materials and equipment would have been welcome. I was able to borrow a broom from the hotel, and possibly could have borrowed more if……

“Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again.”

“Accurate to description, great communication from host, perfect for our needs. Lots of information available for guests. Great shower! Loved seeing the cows from the bathroom window. Many thanks to our hosts!”

“Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.”

“Property was so cosy and clean. The views were to die for. Extremely remote snd lovely and quiet but not too far to be able to drive to certain places. Thankfully the owner of the property made our stay work after the booking agent hadnt informed her we were coming as she had no knowledge we were booked in.”

“A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. There were just a few things we thought to mention: 1. No WiFi came as a huge surprise. Personally we (and probably most) assumed there would be wifi. We would’ve really appreciated this being explicitly stated. 2. There was practically no communication from the hosts, just an empty email with a pin on……

“Fantastic cottage, with excellent facilities. It is remote, but we were more than happy with that and only really took 10 mins to drive to Crickhowell. Would definitely return”
