Creve Coeur Casino Hotel

"We go there late due to a delayed flight and had to stay at another hotel the first night. The staff was super helpful with the delay and even gave us a refund for the first night we couldn't be there. They were always smiling, happy and eager to help in any way. The place was always clean or being cleaned, they had free drinks and snacks each evening which was nice, they had free covered parking and were able to give you suggestions on where to go, eat and things to do. They even offered to air up our rental car tire if needed. The entire staff went above and beyond for us. It was greatly appreciated after a 3 1/2 hour flight delay, getting in after midnight, not being able to get our rental car and having to book a hotel on the fly. Hal, Dylan Delaney and Stephanie where our first contacts when we arrived and they were AMAZING! I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you."

"Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Pillows were super soft, which isn’t a deal breaker if you can stack a couple. Only inconvenience we noticed was the one elevator that went to all the floors. But it’s an old building that is beautiful. "

"It's a great hotel in a great location. They have a great breakfast which was filling and had a large dining area. The dinner I was there for was less desirable but the drinks are a great deal. The fresh made popcorn is also a nice touch. The hotel has an Applebee's built into it. The room was clean and king size bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The shower head didn't have the best water pressure but it was fine. The area is next to a few places to eat. There are some nice dealerships near by, and a CVS."

"Great customer service"

"We showed up at checking time and they were pretty busy, so we decided to give the staff a little space and come back later to check in. We showed up at 6pm to check in and we were informed that we might be able to check in until 11pm. They blamed it on the baseball game, although every year there are 80 baseball games here every year. I booked 2 rooms 2 months in advance, so it's not like we came at the last minute. Checking in at 11pm was unacceptable. The only way to check in sooner was to have both rooms downgraded and separated. We had no choice but to accept this or check in at 11pm."

"I liked late night check-in availability. I didn’t like the loose toilet in our room& the carpet in the facility could be cleaned."
