"Nice room & shower, Great check in staff & good food at Timberlake. Need to work on keeping towels stocked in pool area & staff being available in pool area. Need alot more safety cones & rugs for doorways due to ice & snow conditions. We slid down the hill going to condos. Resort needs to implement some barriers around the lake and bottom of hills to stop a vehicle from going in the lake. Also, resort needs to salt & plow alot more, even in the evenings. I did not get a chance to use the pool as it was closed due to the extremely low temperatures making it difficult to keep the pool warm. "
