Awesome property!!
We loved staying at this property right off of Elk Ave! It was tucked away, private, and felt like our own little nook of CB! It is super accessible to the main downtown street, so walking everywhere was enjoyable. Management was helpful, responsive, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely condo
It was a great condo, and great location! It was so close to the restaurants, yet let us enjoy a peaceful respite. Also, appreciated the bikes in the garage, and LOVED the hot tub, especially while it was snowing.

A good place to stay
Even when it’s warm outside (late June) both bedrooms, located downstairs, remained notably cool & quiet with a comfortable bed (we only tried the master bedroom’s) so sleeping was good! We also enjoyed having our own bathrooms - two downstairs and a half bath upstairs. While the house doesn’t offer sweeping views, you’re still surrounded by beauty and a very pleasant, walkable neighborhood.

Great location.
Besides the great location to town , the house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor deck is small and allow their is a view is somewhat block by roofs. Overall we enjoyed staying at this location.

Just what we were wanting!
It was perfect for our family of four! Just as it was described, great floor plan with no wasted space, garage with bikes were great, private hot tub is awesome and in the ideal location right on Elk. My only request would be a speaker that worked via Bluetooth. We would definitely rent again.

Great House, close to town, and cozy
WE've rented this house in winter and summer. Great stays both times. The house is always super clean, and the location is hard to beat. Bring or prepare to buy coffee filters. We've had to provide our own on both visits. Other than that, this house is cozy, but perfect for a CB visit.

perfect for four
Terrific location on the quiet end of Elk, as advertised! I love a quiet place for vacation. We walked to the shopping end of Elk every day and sometimes multiple times a day and it's an easy walk, even in flip flops. We used the hot tub every single day after long hikes. My favorite extra were the bikes in the garage. I loved riding the rec path and around town looking at the beautiful homes and gardens. The beds were very comfortable and our adult boys who slept in the twin beds said they were also very comfortable. We would stay here again.

A Fun Place Intown!
We have now stayed in the property twice. We love the setting and the convenience to town and every thing. The toaster does not work. The latch has to be held down contiuously to toast. The toilets make a strange noise when flushed. The master bath shower handle needs checking. It slips from hot to warm on its own.

Great location and well-maintained
This place was perfect for what we needed. I gave fewer stars for as accuracy of listing and comms with property manager. According to the pictures, I thought we'd have more of a grass fenced in yard for our dog. They are pretty strict on the check-in time. I had asked the property manager if we could check-in a bit early and they said to email them when I was approaching. I reached out the day of but never heard back. The place was very well kept-up and the bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable, typically a rarity for a rental. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Labor Day weekend gets away
Visiting with my two small kids (baby and toddler) and the grandparents with us. Great location right next to the playground, which was perfect for the kids. The rental is not stocked to make family travel easier (no pack and play, high chair, stroller, etc), but we knew that prior and brought our own items. The weather was fairly hot. The unit has no AC, which is standard in crested butte so we weren’t surprised. However, the bedrooms are on the ground floor. And the advice is to close and lock the windows at night to prevent bears from entering. It got very hot at night while sleeping! It would be very helpful to just have some simple box fans available to circulate air since opening the windows at night is advised against. Otherwise, no complaints!

Could be much better
Overall the place has a lot of potential. Location is not bad for Crested Butte and is easy to access trails, downtown, and mountain. Cleanliness was not great, multiple crumbs and dirt were located all over the property, one of slept on top of the couch due to finding food in one of the pullouts and a used old bandaid in the other. The twin bed room had massive stains on each of the bed spreads which was very disquieting. The toilet seat on the upstairs bathroom was cracked, and don't even think about making coffee as it just does not work. The lazy susan door was busted and falling off the hinges, and the fridge sounds like it's about to break any moment. The place has a lot of potential and could very good all they have to do is spend a bit of money and fix the issues. We were overly disappointed with the amount of money we spent for 3 nights and the overall presentation of the place. Hot tub was nice a bit dirty and heavy chemically cleaned. We will definitely be visiting the lovely town of crested Butte but will be looking at alternatives when it comes to places to stay.

Absolutley perfect!
My husband and I spent 3 nights in this gem and the property managers thought of everything! Full instructions on how to work everything, check in/check out, handle garbage and recycling--everything. It's pretty clear this isn't their first rodeo. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen is well laid out and has tons of gadgets, dishes, pots and pans--if it's not in this kitchen, you don't need it! The deck and hot tub were great for relaxing evenings. Throw in some bikes to tool about town and this is hands down the best VRBO we've stayed in. I can't say enough good things about it. One thing that is super important to us is having a scent-free environment. Nothing worse than a rental that is cleaned with excessive chemicals and has those obnoxious plug-in scent thingys. None of that here--the sheets, towels and robes were all smell free yet sparkly clean, as was the house itself. Clean should smell like nothing and that's what this house smells like! Love it, love it, love it! (It's also within walking distance to town, which was another plus for us.)

Amazing Location!
