Great property

This is our second time staying here over Christmas holiday. It is a great and comfortable spot for my family and has great access to CB, skiing, Gunnison, restaurants, etc.

Thanksgiving Trip

CB is a beautiful town. We had great trip, making this home ours for 3 nights. Though old, this property has rustic feel to it. It’s well stocked and clean. Walks around CB South were safe and pleasant. Overall a great stay for our group of 7.

Great spot for Crested Butte

We stayed a weekend for a XC Ski festival in CB - the house was great, equipped well - no complaints. If in CB, we'd stay here again. Owner communications were fast and wonderful.

Wonderful stay in Crested Butte

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was thought of. There were books, dvds, games etc. The aspen trees were gorgeous!

Family ski stay

Though the cabin is a bit dated and the furniture random, everything was clean and comfortable. The room off the kitchen for all of the ski stuff was a plus and the access to the free shuttle made getting to the mountain quite convenient.

Older but Clean & Comfortable

Beautiful setting in an Aspen grove. The house is older with some damaged kitchen cabinet doors the property manager is aware of, but is clean and comfortable. The beds were better than expected and it was furnished with plenty of clean towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Great private setting

The house was very roomy and the aspen trees created a very private setting. Didn’t even know we were in a town. Beds were as nice as could be! Attached garage was great for unloading and loading the car. Thank you for a great getaway.

Perfect location

Cabin is spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Could hold more comfortably if needed. Great front yard for kids to play and conscientious location to CB or Gunnison. Will be back.

Fun experience with friends

I have stayed with friends several times, the house and Aspen grounds are very relaxing . We enjoyed having meals at the picnic table outside in the aspens. The addition of more potsand pans wasl. helpful. The storage room was also helpful for stowing gear. Beds were comfortable. Allein all everyone of us olderladies enjoyed our stay.

Aspen House

Beautiful setting, very roomy. Yard was amazing! Stood in the kitchen and watched a deer and a couple of foxes in the back yard. No directions for heating system, took a day for response with directions but I did message in the evening. Shower curtains in both bathrooms needed to be changed, some towels and the sheets in the master had some stains. I would stay again.

A piece of paradise

The Aspen house outdoor patio is a small piece of the paradise to be found in the CB valley. Listening to the leaves in the breeze is truely my happy space. The pictures online well represent the property, large garage, mudroom and living space. Kitchen well fitted woth alll kinds of utensils, pans, etc. Fridge was spotless, no dog hair to be found in a pet friendly home is pretty amazing, very impressed. Walk to Camp4Coffee in the morning. Paradise!

Clean, functional and quiet

This was a great space fur our family. We have some mobility needs and aside from 7 steps up the porch that you can see in the listing, it is all one level. Indoor outdoor carpeting for easy rolling and although bathrooms aren't accessible, they were doable for us. Plenty of extra space for luggage or medical equipment like oxygen. Not a lot of extras but everything we needed. The toiletries provided were a nice touch as we had forgotten ours. Thank you!
