“New property so hotel was super clean with updated designs. Convenient location and good price for departing out of the Portland airport. Didn’t have a great checkin experience- on our honeymoon and they wouldn’t let us check in because I used my married name on the reservation and my maiden name was on my ID. They said the only way to remedy was to change the name on Expedia which was near impossible. Took 30 minutes to resolve when we were exhausted from traveling and just wanted a place to……

“Met the needs of our family for one night - on our way to Bar Harbor and Acadia”

“Breakfast choices were good. No cookies upon arrival. We have stayed at Hamptons several times and cookies and fruit have always been available for guests. The room was clean. Beds were not as comfortable as some we have slept in before. Good location near the airport and not too far from South Portland. ”

“The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.”

“Well I gotta say that these two beautiful black ladies Sasha and Shanae went above and beyond with their customer service skills, especially the skinny black one with the braids. She is absolutely a Pro, she has the tactical skills to get any customer to return to the facility for the next visit. The white gentleman overnight was super friendly and professional, overall everything was good except the tall white lady who seemed kind of lazy to deal with customers.”
