"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The ground were so lush and beautiful, it felt like we were walking through a jungle. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. "This is our 4th year in a row to Cozumel trying different resorts. We were really excited to stay at Secrets as we had 6 years ago in Cancun and really enjoyed it! Overall it was a relaxing stay. We chose not to do the "preferred' room area and were thankful we did not. This area was very busy/loud and many visitors from other resorts. The food was better than expected. "Allegro is worth the price. The service was great and the resort is kept spotless. I even enjoyed the fun day time activities by the pool. The Japanese is the best of the restaurants. Never tried the Italian due to previous reviews. The buffet is okay for dinner. One night was a no go but found something to eat, the other nights were just fine. Breakfast was delicious.
