"My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! "Main reason for the ratings is that the property was undergoing various forms of renovations and construction. That process started around 8 AM and went till around 6 PM Mon to Fri. Basically there was no quiet place inside the main property during that time. Otherwise, the property met my needs, the staff was helpful and friendly, and it was located in a good area closer to the cruise ship terminal area then actual city, which is generally a better area to be. "

"This is my second stay at the Allegro Hotel in Cozumel. There are numerous things I could say about the hotel. However, what truly makes this a great place to stay is the staff! From check in to check out and every day in between, the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I did have one server during a dinner that the young lady seemed rude.
